Germania - "bayrisch" in Tokyo

Germania can be found In Ginza, at the top floor of one of the many tall buildings. It's a gathering place for all lovers of german folklore of the past times - the place was established shortly after 2nd world war. The club is decorated with many souvenirs from and around germany, and of course original german beer and food is served in abundance. Wurscht, Sauerkraut, Spätzle - as you wish!













I had the chance to visit the club with some of my parents friend, who are regular guests at the club. Joyful singing of german songs and music performances in a japanese karaoke-like style were part of the evening, too. Truly a curious experience for a swiss guy...
